2022 NALA Conference & Expo

Taking the NALA Annual Conference to NEXT LEVEL.

The Task at Hand

NALA, the National Association for Paralegals, came to Chatter Marketing wanting a grand theme and branding message for its annual conference and expo in Phoenix, AZ. After skipping the conference the previous year, due to the pandemic, they wanted to come back with a renewed sense of energy and excitement for attendees. The result? Your Career is a Journey.

The Branding Elements

  • Grand Theme: Your Career Is a Journey
  • Mailer to excite and entice
  • Custom Conference Gold Enamel Pin
  • Conference Swag
  • Branded Signage throughout entire conference to encourage and uplift attendees
  • Social Media Strategy

The Execution

Since NALA exists for the support, education, and career advancement of its members, Your Career is a Journey was the perfect theme for the conference. At every turn, attendees read messages of encouragement on conference signage, cocktail napkins, t-shirts, swag bags, and so much more. Attendees left with a renewed sense of energy and a message that the NALA was there to support them along their career path. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive from both attendees and client.

Chatter Marketing developed a unified strategy and visual theme for the collateral leading up to the event including mailings, web graphics, social graphics, and more. For the conference itself, Chatter designed, produced, and shipped totally custom wall cling graphics, gold enamel pins, signage, posters, stagecraft, t-shirts, towels, bags, and more. Despite so many moving parts, Chatter Marketing organized, planned, and executed a well-branded and well-delivered message for the client.

The Results

NALA was thrilled with the execution, turnout, and look of the conference. They received countless comments on every aspect of the branding and design. While attendees couldn’t know all the hours of planning, design and execution that went into this campaign; the results spoke for themselves. Your Career is a Journey was the perfect theme for the NALA conference, but also carries over well into the future.
